Hey, thanks so much for your comment about my 6 month anniversary. Sorry that your boyfriend's mom ruined your one year with him. But isn't it nice, to say you've been in love for a whole year?! I know that I'm myself have turned into such a hopeless romantic sap since I have started dating my boyfriend, and look forward to every moment that I can surprise him and visa versa. Remember, anniversaries and significant occasions are only what you make them out to be. If you feel like his mom ruined your anniervsary. Try and recreate it. Do something sweet and special to give him those "butterflies in the stomach" feeling again. Something I did to my boyfriend, was a random day in August I visisted him at work like I often do, but after he walked me out to my car and said goodbye, my sister and I decorated his car. We had paint pens for the car and I wrote "I love my hunnie bunns" and our anniversary date all over the windows. He loved it, and it was just a simple gesture to remind him how much I care. So sorry to be so opionated. I'm sure you don't need relationship help, you've been with your boyfriend for a whole year, just thought I'd let you know, that gifts don't mean a thing. I know that for me, it's the simple, notes left on my car while I'm at work, or emails say "i love you" and nothing more that make me fall in love with my boyfriend all over again. So I hope you can "make up" for the ruined anniversary. And i'm sure you've got quite the gentleman yourself.
